Booking Conditions
Payment is in Fiji Dollars and can be made by wire transfer.
Both houses have unfenced pools so are not considered suitable for small children. If you are travelling with children please advise us of their age so that we can determine suitability.
The House of Bamboo is accessed via approx 100 stairs, they are a good work out but not a good idea if you have just had a knee replacement...
Deposit 50% at time of booking
Balance 60 days prior to your arrival
If you cancel with more than 60 days notice your deposit will be refunded, less bank fees. Less than 60 days, no refund payable.
We recommend travel insurance in the event of complete cancellation.
No cancellations or deferments due to unfavourable weather conditions/flight changes.
Payment of deposit is considered acceptance of booking conditions.
Laws Responsibility and Liability
The laws of the Republic of Fiji govern these terms and conditions, and any legal action arising from your booking or stay with us shall be governed by the laws of Fiji and shall be litigated by the Courts of Fiji.
Beach Shacks (Fiji) Limited will use all due care in the provision of services to their guests and guests shall use these facilities at their own risk.
Beach Shacks (Fiji) Limited shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident or expenses or any other claim arising from any such injury/injuries or illness, damage, loss, accident expense or economic loss howsoever caused.
Beach Shacks (Fiji) Limited is a licensed hotel and is member of the Fiji Islands Hotel and Tourism Association and a member of the Savusavu Tourism Association.
